Ons ervaring by Malmane Eye Private Retreat was werklik een vir die boeke. Die huis is baie goed ingerig en alles is daar wat jy benodig en nog meer. Dis netjies, skoon en pragtig. Daar is net iets spesiaals van die plek wat moeilik is om te verwoord. Daar is die geleentheid om baie aktiwiteite te doen, soos fietsry en stap op die verskillende bos paadjies. Ons het ook heerlik geswem in die dammetjie wat kristalhelder water het. By Malmane sal jy definitief die natuurskoon net weereens kan waardeer en saam met dit goed kan uitrus vir 'n nuwe week.

The venue is absolutely stunning, we were all blown away from the very first second that we arrived. Everything is very neat and tidy. The facilities are impeccable.

After scouring the web for a place where I can continue my writing in peace but at the same time enjoy nature and in between chapters cast in a quick line ... I cam across Malmane Eye private nature retreat. I have to admit it is with a heavy hart that I am sharing this information ... lest all of you decide to go there !! It is described as a piece of heaven... I can vouch for that description! Our hosts Lemar and Kevin went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and as relaxing as can be. There are so many little extra's included in the accommodation package that its simply too many to mention. Above all else we could take our beloved four legged child, Roxanne with, she had an absolute ball exploring her new found surroundings. Apart from being very productive in my "au-naturel" office setting ... my darling wife could fish away to her harts content while Roxy examined every catch very carefully. We spent the starlit evenings on the jetty by the crackling campfire gazing at the incredible expanse of stars. I had almost forgotten how many there were !! In conclusion ... We are seasoned travelers in South Africa and abroad ... take it from me (or dont... more days left for me to reserve ...) this is truly am amazing place either as a couple or for a family of up to 8 depending on ages of children .... Dont miss out on this hidden jewel, it is well worth the travel time. Marty G

Malmane Eye se verblyf is die ideale bestemming vir 'n wegbreek - of dit net jy en jou ander helfte is, of jy en jou hele gesin! Ons is vriendelik ontvang en Lemar het elke dag ingeloer om seker te maak dat ons alles het wat ons nodig het. Die ruim lapa en die aparte kothuis is omring met koeltebome en is reg langs die water van 'n natuurlike oog. Die lapa is goed toegerus, het addisionele slaapplek in die 'loft' en sy eie badkamer. Die Kothuis is snoesig, het ook 'n badkamer en 'bad met 'n uitsig'! Die ligging is perfek vir voël-kykers en vissermanne, aktiewe mense kan die springmat en kano geniet. As jy net wil ontspan is daar gemaklike lê-stoele waarin jy die natuurskoon en 'sundowners' kan geniet. Malmane Eye is sowat 50 km ('n gemaklike 40 minute se ry) na Mahikeng en jy kan daar tuisgaan as in die omgewing moet wees vir besigheid. Malmane is voorwaar 'n oase in die Noordwes-provinsie.

Thanks dit was weereens super spesiaal om hier te bly. Dit was nou al die drie keer en dit bly vir ons die beste. Sou ons moes kies tussen die vele hotelle en blyplekke oor die hele wereld waar ons gereeld oorbly vir werk en vakansies is die Malamane Chalet NR 1

An absolute gem.
What a hidden treasure, a truly beautiful setting full of bird life and nature and the cleanest, clearest water in the "eye" that I've ever seen. A complete natural haven. Lemar went out of her way as regards every comfort for the stay, a beautiful bedroom complete with percale linen, huge bath tub and lovely little details to attention in all aspects. Recommended.
